Weymouth Marina is a modern purpose-built marina providing over 280 permanent and visiting berths, situated in the inner harbour beyond the town's historic lifting bridge. There are no tidal access restrictions as the marina is dredged to 2.5 metres below chart datum. Woolverstone Marina is set in 22 acres of glorious parkland on the picturesque River Orwell with the Royal Harwich Yacht Club nearby. There are a number of navigable estuaries close at hand, providing interesting sailing in sheltered waters. Or for those wishing to head further afield, Ostend is only 79 miles from Harwich, Holland and France are also within easy reach.
